Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro 20H2 on my friend’s Dell Inspiron laptop.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

black and cannot be made to work. The laptop works on an external

workstation running Windows 10 2004 to Windows 10 20H2. This also

and neither has my brother who has his own IT company.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

I do an image of the system using Active@ Disk Image. That way, if I have

system to what it was before. It’s better to be safe than
sorry. Of course I could have<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="3" color="blue" face="Times New Roman"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:blue">done a fresh installation of Windows 7 on
the laptop and Windows 10 2004 on the desktop workstation, but all of the

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="3" color="blue" face="Times New Roman"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:blue">and files would have been lost. If
the system is not running, you can’t roll it back to the previous version
of Windows.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

to save a restore point back to whatever version you have now let it do that
but as I recall the Windows 10 upgrade automatically saves that restore point.
Once you have it installed and it boots up reliably, run that open shell file

Glass' comment. BEFORE installing Windows 10 download to the desktop the free
add-on "Windows Classicshell" by searching those keywords. Get the
latest version you can find. I say download before because I found it very
difficult to navigate in Windows 10 to the point I had trouble even opening a
browser window. I said download to the desktop so you can actually find it
under Windows 10.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
