These are not really bad storms, but this will be a one two punch. Besides the flooding issues we will have issues with fallen trees. Marco will get things wet and loose with winds coming from one direction, Laura will come right behind Marko with winds in the opposite direction….As of Sunday morning the storms will hit us about 12 hours apart. Our next update from the NWS will be at 10:00 Central time. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We are all watching closely and getting prepared to fend for ourselves for up to a week without power. Generators serviced, tractors topped off with fuel, (tractor reference…LOL) fuel on hand, food and water on hand. Those of us like me that are in very rural areas have the know-how and equipment to survive.
