    <p>I bought an umbrella for my Farmall M several years ago and it
      provides nice shade. The negatives of noise and interference from
      trees didn't impact me much, but I haven't used it to mow pasture
      since I have leased them for the last several years.</p>

      <p>My Dad took off the buggy top from our MF50Diesel because it
        would just hold the dust under it.  Our Ford 5000 had a roll
        bar, first tractor to have one.  We welded a frame on the front
        of it and put a steel top on it sloped to the back.  It works
        pretty good for the hottest part of the day.  It is high enough
        to let the dust blow away and it still provides shade.  It is
        high enough that you can still stand up...</p>
