Spencer, and all those that have posted over the years,Spencer, thank you for hosting this list for many years. I joined quite early to the ATIS list (dial up modem if anyone remembers those), and printed a lot of the posts from people like Duane Larsen, Neil Yerigan, Hank Wessel, Bill Bruek, et.al. There has been an exchange of a lot of information, and other memorable posts about life experiences.
I have to agree that the era of email antique tractor discussion groups has seemed to come to a close... Though, while a number of you probably know, the John Deere Antique Tractor (JDAT) list is still alive..... however, for most of 2026 as list manager I have had to reject all posts to it. If anyone would like to join the JDAT list, send me a note to jdnut at aol.com. The cost to have this JDAT list is minimal, but I may try to move to another function if the lack of posts continues.
