[AT] Long-over-due Update

Wow! Seems good to see a post in here. I'm not as active as I use to be, 
(come to think of it, I was never that active :-) )

Anyway, first thought that comes to mind on the governor issue, is a  
bolt that is too long installed somewhere in the assembly?
