[AT] What's this thing called

I've always call the adapter you see here on the front of a plugger a 
"3pt to drawbar" adapter.    A search on Google for that phrase yields 
absolutely nothing that remotely resembles this.


I shamelessly admit my considerable Google search skills have let me 
down.  I cannot find this item anywhere.   I am trying to price it for 
sale (someone wants it) and because I bought it so long ago (early 
1990s??) I have no idea what its worth new to even come up with a 
well-reasoned and informed price.

Thanks in advance to any search gurus that can help me locate a link or 
any hints to a more proper name that would lead to search results.
