Good old NW Iowa Dutch Country farm land is going for over $18,000 an acre. One 80 sold for $22,000 an acre. An i80 my father purchased was for $410 an acre in around 1950. He didn’t sleep for 2 weeks.

Used to be around 500 an acre for scrub land. Now you are lucky to find swamp for under $5,000.00

What's the going rate for tillable acreage in your area? Looking at a 45

acre parcel in our area which I would have farmed.

Thanks,

Mike M
