[AT] Going rate for acreage

Just about anything in Oklahoma now will bring $800-$1000/acre. The 80 
next to me sold for $500,000.00   Then it was divided up into 30 lots 
with only an asphalt access road through the development.  Lost are 
selling for $95,000......I need to get off this 80 acres, it is too 
expensive for living on...
