Well Dave , I`m sorry to say that the last party I had was in 2019 , fed
over 225 people 550 lbs of crawfish , 20 racks of ribs , 2 cases of chicken
quarters , 75 pounds of fried catfish along with fries , a 55 lb pig
cooked for 14 hours on the pellet grill , and I think about 25 pork
steaks . It was all ready to eat at 11 am . At 3:30 in the evening , all
that was left over was the smell . I had family and FRIENDS from all across
the USA as well as from Brazil and Bulgaria attend for the one day event .
Now that I am getting old and grey ( very little hair ) , I`m just not up
to it any more although I do get request a lot from family and friends to
have it again . Maybe once we get back to normal and not have to worry
about catching a deadly virus , I may reconsider . You can go to this site
and see all of the people , eats and fun
