[AT] Brush hog PTO shaft slop

Another question for the list. I have an old John Deere 513 brush hog. 
Lately, I've been shearing a lot of bolts, and I believe it has to do 
with an elongated hole in both the PTO shaft hole, and possibly the 
gearbox output shaft. Can you guys think of any remedy to this? Maybe a 
way to install a bushing, or just drill it out. I've attached a picture, 
hopefully it comes through.
