I wondered the same thing, Phil. "Puissance" is Power and the dataplate
gives 8.9 with no units. Now IF the correct units are KW, that converts to
11.9HP. Another guess at units would be PS ("PferdStarke") aka "metric
horsepower" amd 8.9PS converts to 8.8HP.
I think "regime" means "governor" at 3000rpm sounds right.
"Alesage" is bore, so maybe "course" is stroke. The numbers in mm give
displacement of 391cc which appears to match the stated "Cylindree" of 400;
I guess this is a single-cylinder engine.
