7 years is a good run.  Do you have a high quality charger with desulfator capabilities?  This one has “fixed“ two batteries so it’s paid for itself.  I am still using one.  The other worked but didn’t seem to have the same capacity as before so I finally turned it in as a core.  But I at least got several more months of use out of that one.
