[AT] Farm auction

IMHO a good auctioneer and crew can whip people into a frenzy and help
encourage them to over bid. I once saw a guy buy an old tombstone welder
for more than they sold for new. I've also seen things go so cheap the
auctioneer can get frustrated, and say "guys are you not seeing this" I
was at an auction years ago when I saw a 20' sprayer go for 50 bucks.
Sometimes the money's just not there, depends on the crowd. The new
online version takes the excitement out of it, because you can go eye to
eye with whose bidding for the same item. I've run up prices on things,
only to stop bidding and the same has been done to me.  Further more the
"soft close" is less than suspenseful, and then I have to explain why I
needed this item :)
