[AT] Crazy pricing on construction job

This is totally inconsistent with what is going on. I just drove by a major
sawmill along Interstate 5 North of Everett, WA. There were hundreds of
stacks of fresh cut lumber on the huge lot. I've never seen their inventory
this high in the 40 plus years I have lived in the Seattle area. Sum Ting
Wong here. Does not compute.

Prices are insane. Sawmills shut down just like a lot of other things a year
ago. Then everyone working from home decided that since they couldn't go out
they may as well do that remodel job they had been putting off. Combined
with other people who decided their parent's basement was too small if they
had to do more than sleep there so they bought a house... demand has
skyrocketed and the sawmills which were already behind can't keep up.

I'm not sure if or when prices will come down. God doesn't give me
investment advice.
