Mike,

Ebay is full of listings for used, wiped/refurbished Samsungs. I am a fan
of their phones myself and currently have an S9. I'd only suggest looking
for one that states it is intended for your carrier- in other words, if you
are on Verizon, look for a Verizon version phone. It will make things much
easier. I have a Samsung I could send you but cannot remember if it's an S7
or S8. If you are interested I'd send it for postage only. If she had her
contacts and phones backed up to google or Samsung it should repopulate
itself to be much like her lost phone.Email me offlist if you're interested.
