That is a lot to have been through. Glad to hear you survived!! Surgery
after age 60 is just not a good thing... I am nearing that time when I
need to get a bunch of things out of here and let someone else own this
too expensive land. I own a bigger farm in better land with neighbors
who would be some help. The auction process would be a very emotional
thing for me as I have many many projects that just had the problem of
money and time. now its the time. If I die here, all my
"friends"would show up at the funeral with their trucks and trailers..
