[AT] Hydraulic leak

Sorry if this came through twice, but here's the problem I'm having.
Dealer says it appears to be a power steering hose. I know nothing about
hydraulics but would like to get opinions as to this is a hose failure,
or an o-ring failure. Any help would be appreciated.
