[AT] Backpack leaf blower

Piston at BDC will open the exhaust port and, hopefully, if you have a
direct line of sight, allow you to see the cylinder wall.  I think they
build these engines with no liner, just a hard plating on the aluminum
cylinder.  I don't know how well they can survive the lack of lube/scoring
event.
