Several years back there were a couple of folks on this list that were
extolling the virtues of Apitong wood for trailer decks. Anyone remember
'ol Lightnin' from Goldthwaite, TX? He had bought a good sized lot of it
at an auction. I intended to get with him and ask how it worked out for
him, but he seems to have disappeared from the list and I've lost his
contact info. Anyone else have any experience with Apitong for trailer
decks? I need to redeck my 1997 vintage trailer as the treated lumber is
looking pretty bad and I wouldn't trust it if I had to haul my Farmall M.
