My experience has shown that treated plywood will eventually delaminate. Your much better with boards.  I avoid screws and always use carriage bolts.  When it comes time to change boards merely snip off the nut underneath and reuse the same hole with a new bolt.  
I have built and rebuilt many trailers professionally for 2 different companies. This has always worked well.
