I had to wait about 20 minutes yesterday to get into our Menards in Wyoming, Michigan - and they had a guard making sure everyone had a mask on.

But I don’t entirely know how they were coordinating those leaving with those able to get in, unless he could see on his iPad how many checkout transactions had happened or something like that. He didn’t seem to be in communication with anyone at the exiting door.
