That base model 2019 F-150 has a tow rating of 7000 pounds. This 2-5/16" ball has a 10000 pound rating so it would work.

Take any hitch, factory bumper, factory receiver, or any aftermarket.  They all have ratings.  Do you know the factor of safety on any of those either?  What would make you wonder this specific thing?

The F-150 bumper has a hole for a 2 inch ball. The specs for that no option F-150 say the maximum trailer weight rating that can be pulled using the bumper is 6000 pounds. I would guess that there is a factor of safety but we do not know what it is.
