Looks like Agco is using facilities near east coast, west coast, and gulf coasts to bring in tractors and then get all the options installed and final inspections done. Do the Challengers actually go out from these sites?

Ft Belvoir is up Highway 1 from Quantico, near Mt. Vernon. Of the two, Quantico is closer to the cherry tree incident site. If I remember, it was getting turned into a strip mall.
