Best is to do that on your personal phone. Tethering a computer to your phones wifi is normally an option, they generally limit how much you can use that way (check your plan), but it is generally enough for banking. 

I wouldn't use a public computer without 2 factor authentication, but since you have that any computer you can find is good enough. Even if they gret your password they can't get the second factor. (unless they rob you, a much more obvious crime)
