[AT] What was that salvage tractor?

I first clicked that "Post" link and couldn't find it but then I clicked
the title and went right there.
Interesting. No hint on the tractor... I thought that the report at the end
about bridge destruction and road accidents was hilarious...  :-)
There has been a lot of change in 100 years.
I recall in the 1950's asking my father at what age he got a drivers
license. I forget what year he said he actually got one but that when he
started driving nobody here had to have a license. I also recall him
talking about how many people refused to get a license for years after they
were required.  :-)  It seems that the little old ladies in their
electric's were an especially independent group.  :-)
