Thank you Howard, that's extremely helpful. I do have the tag #, and it
worked when I entered it at the dell/support link you provided. And, yes,
I do have an external SATA port. Never really gave it any thought. It
functions and I use it as a USB port, and only just now I'm seeing that it
is shaped a bit differently. Great info, thanks again!
