[AT] Kubota M5700 noise

I have listened with my stethoscope and it sounds like the rear of the
engine, probably cylinder #5. My farmer neighbor listened with a long
socket extension and he thinks it's more forward maybe #2 or #3.
The pump was taken to D&W Diesel and tested and they say all is good
with it. I dont know how to check pump timing, or what could make it
change. And if so, why only one cylinder? All the pump cam lobes showed no
wear and looked good.

Still stumped.
