We always kept in mind that it may take 15 minutes to remove a muffler 
when trying to give an estimate on a repair. Somedays they come off in 2 
minutes, somedays you about say the heck with it and put a new muffler on.

On the H I don’t even put a clamp on the muffler since it works it’s way onto the exhaust pipe pretty good from all the bouncing, and it can take a bit of wiggling and twisting to free it up.
