I doubt it. Argentina isn't a large tractor market, but it is large enough that you wouldn't want to abandon it. They have large import tariffs so a small factory building only for them can undercut tractors assembled elsewhere and imported, despite inefficiencies of small factories. Considering automation and the cost of transport for something big, more small factories scattered around makes some sense anyway.
