I've paid so little attention to the return of the Ranger that I barely
could tell you it exists.  So from that position of ignorance, I just
jumped into Edmunds and tried to configure the most expensive possible
Ranger.  Lariat crew cab with *every* *single* *option* checked and it only
got up to $47K MSRP.  So I still don't get it.  Link:
