Those heaters are all the rage in the diy camper world. They’re chinese knockoffs of Webasto and Espar heaters. There’s also a bunch of them on ebay. The sellers are pretty notorious about leaving stuff out of the packaging so check that. I think most of them seem to work ok. The biggest problem people seem to have is with them sooting up. The conventional wisdom seems to be to run them on full blast and then shut them off. Running them on low over time can cause problems. Then you have to take them completely apart and clean out the soot.
The little pump has to be isolated (and hung at an angle) and makes a thumping sound. If it’s touching metal it will be loud. I saw one guy that hung the pump bracket with zip ties which really quieted it down.
Also, the tank is kinda cheap from what I understand. Some folks will use their own container to hold the diesel.
Finally, there is an exhaust pipe that gets hot, so you need to be careful where you route the exhaust.
