[AT] OT Deer Whistles

If deer whistles could be proven to work the insurance companies would be a
zillion dollars ahead to provide them to their customers for free (Well,
OK, the cost hidden in the bill) and to even require their use.
Maybe we should start putting "cowcatchers" down front.  :-)
