I have told the story of the university Architecture program head who got loudly indignant when I told him that university Welding Engineering programs existed. Well, my take on Architecture education is that it emphasizes artsy projects leaving Architects to learn how to make commercially viable building drawings from their employment. I have known Architecture students who did not click with their programs. This program offers a Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Design and Building rather than a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. Steve Williams mentioned SUNY Delhi but I did not find any tractor courses here.

[link] With a Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Design and Building from SUNY Delhi, you'll be ready to start work at an architectural design firm or transfer to a Master of Architecture program to become a professional architect. Our graduates have gone on to earn master's degrees from prestigious institutions like Pratt Institute, Rochester Institute of Technology, and Philadelphia University. You'll learn both the creative and technical process of rendering and designing buildings and how to prepare construction drawings, as well as gain a deep understanding of how buildings are constructed, what they're made of, how the parts work together, and how their mechanical systems operate [End]

What drawings would an individual need to permit and build a tractor repair facility that will stand the test of time?
What machines will it have or have future space for (drill press, band saw, milling machine, etc.)?
How necessary is it to be able to lift an entire tractor?
Would you want to offer your drawing package to others to use or modify as they chose?
Will it include a lunch area with sink, microwave, refrigerator, and restroom? How about a cot for naps?
Will it include an office area with CAD workstation with printer, table, and chairs?
How about three phase electrical drops?
How about compressed air drops?
How will you handle the abrasive blasting?
