I also talked to a man who said his automotive specialty was all wheel drive. He said he had worked a project with Borg Warner that involved testing a transfer case for GM on a truck project. They needed a facility to do Dyno testing on the transfer case. They used a big steel floor section with slots for tee bolts. They brought in motor and dyno equipment to the still largely empty Massey Ferguson plant in Detroit. They removed the equipment after the testing was completed.

He was interested in hearing about the late 30's Massey Harris GP with 4wd. He was aware of Harry Ferguson's development of the first full time 4wd race car systems.
