[AT] Oliver crawler Loaders

There was a guy near Akron OH who collected Oliver & Cletrac crawlers and
sold a lot of parts for them. I was sort of interested in owning an OC3 or
4 for a while and saw a number of them with Ware brand loaders on them IIRC.
