[AT] IH Canada 3 point hitch

This says IH Canada imported IH B250 with 3 point hitch into Canada and manufactured 3 point hitch implements for them. In the meantime, IH Chicago was pursuing a "Not Invented Here" policy towards 3 point hitch.
