[AT] 4020 troubles

Talked to the machine shop today and it appears no cracks in the head. 
Should be able to get by with facing and grinding valves/seats---guides 
and stems and springs checked out OK. Sent the manifolds to be faced as 
well--doubt the intake needs it but I'll let them be the judge. Even if 
the head was replaced when the engine was, it has 4-5,000 hours on it. 
Amazed that the guides are still good. That and the fact the bearings 
look good are a testament to the Phillips 66 oil and later the Exxon 
Super HDII oils we ran--both were heavy duty 30W diesel oils. We managed 
to log 23,000 hrs on three Deere diesels without engine failure.
