Actually, there are many of us who still use IE.  I am a software professional and have been for almost 35 years, and IE is my browser of choice. 

In fact, there are many web based applications that are browser specific and many of those require IE.

No offense Paul, but I don't know anyone that still uses IE, I believe it's support has been discontinued by Microsoft. Try an alternative browser, I like Firefox, but there are many out there.
