[AT] Cold snap

A few days ago here just south of Sioux City, Iowa when I went out just 
after daylight it was -28F.  When the weather came on the 10 oclock PM 
local news, it was +28 F.  How is that for a temperature swing?  Of 
course it is back down to zero and below again.
