I like your clever statement, Mattias. Granted I am not a product of 
that year, but it is fun to put it that way. I think also the power is 
different in Sweden.... Dick, lots of fresh vegetables and some nice red 
wine are recommended. The fresh vegetables to get everything from 
healthy compounds to better system flushing. The nice red wine is to 
help the stomach, heart and to enjoy life a little extra. Alzheimers and 
dementias are helped by hobbies, puzzles, interests that promote lots of 
Brain activity. I won't ask you to come work my farmers market stands 
where we have to calculate prices in our heads on the fly for hte 
customers, but that is actually helpful too....
