I have to bleed the fuel line on my diesel engine. This involves moving the fuel supply pump priming lever up and down, but it is not pushing out very much fuel. I believe this means the cam is in the wrong position. The service manual says to turn the engine slowly until the camshaft releases the pump diaphragm. What is the best way to turn the engine slowly to do this and which way do you turn iy? Thanks for any help.
