Three years ago my brother built one with a snowmobile trailer.  He 
bought two used schoolbus seats and mounted them on the trailer.  To 
meet the tractor show rules he had to build a front rail for those in 
the front seat to grab and to keep them from being thrown out the front 
in case of a sudden stop.  He also built a conduit frame over the top 
and puts a cheap blue tarp over it for shade.  He pulls it with a 7 hp. 
AC garden tractor but would fit anything with a ball hitch.  Works great 
and is very comfortable.
