That not how this works - I sell these products and have since 1984. You aren't able to pick a specific amount of oversize or undersize.

"Oversized" 1/4" keystock has a tolerance range from 0 to +.003" oversize. It could be anywhere from .250" up to .253". It is often referred to as "file-to-fit" keystock and is usually closer to the large end of the tolerance range.

"Undersize" 1/4" keystock has a tolerance range from 0 to -.003" undersize. It could be anywhere from .250" down to .247". It is often referred to as "loose fit" keystock and is usually very close to the nominal size.
