[AT] Oil Vacuum- Common sense solution?

I bought a hand pump a few years ago from one of the auto parts stores.  It had a long hose to fit down into the dipstick area, and it just pulled the fluid out.  It was cheap @ $10.  Maybe you can find something like that.
