[AT] "older men" and change

The HP an engine makes is related to speed and torque. Generally more HP at high RPM. With the push for less noise, etc, most mowers are now running slower that the 3600 RPM normal ratings of the older engines.This is one of the reasons that they changed the way they were advertised.
I have not used a tach on the newer engines to verify what speeds are now common.
