Subject: [AT] sharp turns with a baler

Just an update to a question last year. The 276 New Holland baler I
picked up last year did not like much turning with the PTO running, I
had to throw it out of gear in some fields to turn around. Turns out the
piece on the baler that the drive shaft bolts to had severely worn
bushings. This is the piece that has the pawls mounted in it so when the
PTO stops, the baler can coast to a stop. I dressed up the pawls a bit
too, as they were not engaging as clean as they should. Now I can turn
as short as the driveshaft itself will allow while spinning.
