Hi Tyler,
I found this when looking for information on your situation, this is
from a YT thread, and makes sense to me.

Quote
"Back about 40 years ago, I had a bearing go on the front wheel of the
77 I had at the time. The local Oliver dealer didn't have one in stock
but he called the next dealer 30 miles down the road who did have one. I
drove down and picked it up. The owner asked me if there were grease
fittings in the hubs. "No, just plugs in the hubs." He reached in a bin
and got two fittings, then two bushings from another bin, and screwed
the fittings into the bushings. "Take the plugs out and screw these in
and give'em a squirt of grease every now and then. Your bearings will
last a lot longer." I told him I had a Super 88, and he gave me two
more. He was right, keep squirting the grease in and those front
bearings last almost forever. My current 1655 that covers most of the
ground when I'm haying gets a few squirts every day in the summer." End
quote.

If it where me, I'd fill them with 00 grease, and then use the grease
gun and Zerk to keep them full, depending on the cavity you need to
fill. I've heard of people doing this with Farmall steering boxes as
well. Hopefully some others will chime in as also.
