[AT] new duties

Every time I see a Case like this I just absolutely cannot contain myself
because all I can think about is that Case must have designed  this tractor
and when submitting it to manufacturing for production realized they had
forgotten to put front wheels under it.   There has to be a good reason for
this unique front end design but I have never heard what it is or was.
Anyone know?.
