Just for information purposes; DR power equipment makes them. They are 
22 inch cut and use heavy string line to cut. They do have a guard and 
swing around posts etc.  They have at least 2 models; a pto driven one 
with cat. 1 3 pt. hitch for $1000 and a pull behind model to use behind 
a lawn mower or atv and it has its own engine for $1200. Both can be 
seen on the DR website. Not trying to sell but just give out a little info.
