I hear you loud and clear, Farmer.  We solved the problem a different way.  We downsized and moved 500 miles but were able to keep our existing cable company.  When I started with Facebook, I used the old phone number (which is no longer valid) for the membership.  In the meantime our new phone company for the land line printed our name wrong.  We have tried for two years to get them to correct it, but have been unsuccessful. It is very peaceful because the phone almost never rings.  When it does ring and the caller calls me by the wrong name, I know where they got the wrong information.  It is a real pleasure to tell them, "There is no one here by that name." and then hang up!  Good to hear you and Diana are still "Doin' stuff."
